How to win a won game

There are several stages of a won game. Getting a small advantage out of or after the opening; then increasing a small advantage to a big plus; and finally winning a won position. I (Sophia Polgar) don’t know which is the hardest part of the three. If I had won all my games with big advantage… Building up a winning position usually takes a lot of time but spoiling it can be a matter of a single move. There are many things that can go wrong, among them the traps that the opponent sets for us. Another reason simply is running out of energy and losing concentration by the end of a long game and making mistakes from tiredness. A few tips for increasing an advantage and winning a won game:
Touch Move Rules
Players, except in blitz games, should play with "touch move" rules. It's good discipline, and teaches one to sit on one's hands before making a move. In tournament play, these rules are absolute.
